Why was I removed from my team?

If you have been inactive for 21 consecutive days, you will automatically be removed from your team. This applies to all team members, including Team Leaders (Admins). The removal is automatic and helps keep teams active, making room for players who participate regularly.

Can I get my team back after being removed?

If you were removed from your team because of inactivity, you can rejoin the team if it is still available and has open spaces.

However, if you lost your game progress (for example, after changing devices or reinstalling the game), the only way to restore your previous team membership is by restoring your original game account.

This can only be done by reconnecting to the account you previously used with:

  • Google Sign-in (Android & iOS)
  • Apple Sign-in (iOS)
  • Facebook Sign-in (Android & iOS)

If your previous progress cannot be restored, we unfortunately cannot manually return you to your previous team.

How can I prevent this from happening?

We strongly recommend connecting your game to either Google Sign-in, Apple Sign-in, or Facebook Sign-in to ensure your progress is safely backed up.

This allows you to restore your account, purchases, and team membership if you ever change devices or lose your progress.
