If you find yourself back at level 1, there is no need to despair; our Player Experience team can help you out.

In order to properly restore your lost progress, we kindly ask for the following information:  

Your in-game Customer ID. 

You can find your Customer in the Settings Menu  in the bottom left-hand corner.

or

The level number you were at and the number of coins you had.  

Once we have the required details, we can restore your game's progress.
